Terms of Service

By booking a session with Chris Evans Photography, you agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright and Usage
   All photographs are the property of Chris Evans Photography and are protected by U.S. copyright law. In cases where a model or artist is featured, ownership rights are shared between Chris Evans Photography and the model or artist unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Client Usage Rights
   Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights for their images unless commercial use is agreed upon in writing. Images may not be altered, sold, or redistributed without prior written consent from Chris Evans Photography and, when applicable, the model or artist.

3. Session Fee and Payment
   A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure a booking. Full payment is due before or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   Cancellations must be made in writing. Session retainers are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled with reasonable notice.

5. Artistic Style and Edits
   Chris Evans Photography maintains full artistic discretion over the final look and style of all images. Requests for additional edits outside of the agreed package may be subject to additional fees.

6. Liability
   While every effort is made to create and deliver high-quality images, Chris Evans Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control including but not limited to weather, technical issues, or client non-cooperation.

7. Privacy and Sharing
   Client galleries may be shared publicly for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
