All photographs created by Chris Evans Photography are protected under U.S. copyright law. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Chris Evans Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images.

In cases where a model or artist is featured, ownership rights are shared between Chris Evans Photography and the model or artist, unless a written release or licensing agreement specifies otherwise.

Images may not be reproduced, edited, sold, or distributed without prior written consent from Chris Evans Photography and, when applicable, the model or artist.

By participating in a photo session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
